Share an event with a partner company
The incentive ends with two days in Seville, and a DMC there is running them. Instead of sending a document and waiting for theirs, you share the event: they see the Seville days as they stand, put their own people on them, and when either of you moves something, the other already knows.
The company, not a list of names
You invite the partner company through the person who runs it there, and choose what it may do: read or change, the whole event or only its part, and whether it sees the guests. They choose which of their own people work on it, and none of them can have more than you gave the company.
In their own account
A partner that already uses Alista finds the event among its own. One that does not opens a free account for its company when it accepts, and works from there.
What each of you keeps to yourself
A partner can keep its own notes, files, supplier and cost against each part of your programme, seen by its own people and never by you. Your internal notes, your costs and the parts of the event you have not shared stay with your team in just the same way.
One line on your side
However many people a partner brings, you see one line: the company. Narrow what it may do, or end it, and every one of its people follows at once. In the chat and the feed their people are named with their company, so you always know who said what.
Questions
Can a partner change our programme?
Only if you allow it, and then only in the parts you have shared. The event’s status, its costs and your suppliers’ references stay yours.
Can we see what the partner keeps against our event?
No. A partner’s own notes, files, suppliers and costs are theirs alone, just as your internal notes and costs are yours.
Can a partner see our guests?
Only if you allow it. Their private details, such as dietary needs and passports, need your say-so as well.

Chat and change feed
A feed shows each change to a confirmed programme, the old value beside the new, and every part of the programme has its own conversation.
Spend
Set a budget against each part of the programme you want to watch. Alista works out what it is costing from what each guest has chosen, and shows you where it is over.
Alista prints the run sheet, the rooming list and the transfer list as dated PDFs, straight from the programme as it stands.
