Printed copies you can trust
However good the screen, an event still runs on paper. Alista prints the run sheet, the rooming list and the transfer list from the programme as it stands at that moment, with the date and time on every page, so no one is left wondering which copy they are holding.
Three documents, a click each
The run sheet gives a day to a page, with times, venues, suppliers, guest numbers, dietary counts and notes, the important ones in bold. The rooming list takes a hotel at a time, with one line for each guest. The transfer list sets out every journey in order, with pick-up, drop-off, the number to call and the passengers by name.
Dated, on every page
Each page carries the event, the moment it was produced and who produced it. Put two copies side by side and you can tell at once which is the newer.
One copy for your team, another for your crew
Your own copy has everything in it. The crew copy leaves your internal notes out.

Can crew print their own copies?
Only if you allow it, person by person. A crew member who can print gets the parts of the event they are allowed to see and nothing more.
