Everyone knows what changed

It is the morning of day two, and three things moved overnight. Your team and your freelancers open the event and see precisely what changed, the old time struck through beside the new one. Nobody has to ask which version is the right one.

Every change, on the record

From the moment you confirm an event, Alista keeps a running feed of what changes in it: something added or taken out, a new time or venue, a different group of guests, a fresh note, a guest who can no longer come. Each entry says who made the change and when.

The conversation, next to the thing it is about

Each transfer, meal and activity has its own thread, so a question about the dinner lives with the dinner, photos and documents included. A count shows where something new is waiting, and it follows you from your Mac to your phone.

Notes nobody can miss

Flag a note as important and it is shown in full on the run sheet and printed in bold. Write it once against a venue and it appears wherever that venue does.

Freelancers and partners see what concerns them

A freelancer or a partner sees the changes and conversations for their own part of the event, and nothing that was meant for your team alone.

Questions

Does this replace our WhatsApp groups?

That is what it is for. The conversation about each part of the programme sits beside it, among the people working on it, and the feed answers "what changed?" without anyone having to announce it.

Who can see the conversations?

Your team sees all of them. Freelancers and partners see the ones for the parts of the event you have given them.
